HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with the order, you have 14 days to return them after receiving your goods.
Which shipping service provider you choose for the return is up to you. You will have to pay the return shipping costs (more info below).
For your quick return, please write us a short mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with:
-Name and order number
-Which return items

HOW DOES THE REFUND WORK?
Once we have received your return and checked it for integrity, we usually need 48 hours to arrange the refund. After that the money should be in your account within 3-5 business days. If it takes longer, feel free to contact our customer service and we will find out what is causing the delay.
IS AN EXCHANGE POSSIBLE?
A direct exchange is currently unfortunately not yet possible. If you want a different product, we ask you to simply place a new order through the store. Please note that you have to pay the cost of returns (more info below)..
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?
Worn tights are mostly unsaleable and are therefore usually excluded from exchange. However, since we care about your buying experience, you still have the opportunity to try on and return the tights. In order for us to continue to offer you this service, you only have to bear the cost of return shipping.
In addition, we appeal to a more conscious shopping. In Germany alone, returns cause 238,000 tons of CO2 every year. With a conscious purchase you can save the world shipping routes and the resulting CO2 emissions and additionally reduce textile waste.
RETURNS ON OFFERED & SALE ITEMS
Even with discounted products, you will receive a full refund after we have checked the integrity of the goods.
However, if the discount is conditional, the discount will expire once the condition is no longer met.
"Buy 2 and get 25% off the 2nd pair of tights".
If you want to return one pair of tights from this order, the condition "Buy 2" expires. This will also void the 25% discount which will be applied to the refund.
Gift items must also be returned if they were attached to a condition.
"Buy 2 and get product X for free". If you want to return any of these, you would also have to return the gift.
