Yes, in November 2022 there will be a new lined pantyhose (exact date still unknown). They will also be available for sizes L-XL.

DO THE LEGS LOOK THICKER WITH THE BELLAVIE FLEECE TIGHTS?

No, quite the opposite! Our lined tights do not wear out and even make your legs look slimmer. With these tights you will no longer freeze and look super stylish.

Our long-term goal is to develop colour-matched Bellavie tights for every skin type. No one should be freezing in winter and have to miss out on their favourite outfit.

HOW ROBUST ARE THE LINED TIGHTS?

Our tights are far more robust than conventional fine tights, which you know, for example, from the drugstore.

This saves you the hassle of shopping for new fine tights and at the same time reduces the amount of waste textiles, because our lined fine tights are more durable.

You should still be careful with long toenails and fingernails, because they are still tights.

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that the letter carrier does not find the house number. If this should be the case, please write to our customer service at info@bellavie-shop.com.and we send you your package after clarification of possible sources of error, once again.

WHICH PACKAGE DELIVERY COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?

We ship CO2-neutral with DHL GoGreen. DHL works with various local shipping service providers abroad.

Returns and refunds

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you are not satisfied with the order, you have 14 days to return them after receiving your goods. 

Which shipping service provider you choose for the return is up to you.  You will have to pay the return shipping costs (more info below).

HOW DOES THE REFUND WORK?

Once we have received your return and checked it for integrity, we usually need 48 hours to arrange the refund. After that the money should be in your account within 3-5 business days. If it takes longer, feel free to contact our customer service and we will find out what is causing the delay. 

IS AN EXCHANGE POSSIBLE?

A direct exchange is currently unfortunately not yet possible. If you want a different product, we ask you to simply place a new order through the store. Please note that you have to pay the cost of returns (more info below).

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

Worn tights are mostly unsaleable and are therefore usually excluded from exchange. However, since we care about your buying experience, you still have the opportunity to try on and return the tights. In order for us to continue to offer you this service, you only have to bear the cost of return shipping. 

In addition, we appeal to a more conscious shopping. In Germany alone, returns cause 238,000 tons of CO2 every year. With a conscious purchase you can save the world shipping routes and the resulting CO2 emissions and additionally reduce textile waste.
